AAT Kings has launched new resources to help travel agents promote Australian travel experiences with its ‘AAT Kings Meets Train’ program. This initiative combines iconic rail journeys with expert-guided tours to create seamless itineraries that showcase the best of Australia.
To support travel agents in understanding and selling this new offering, AAT Kings has created a detailed guide and released a new episode of its A-LISTERS podcast. Both resources focus on the ‘AAT Kings Meets Train’ program, providing agents with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently present these travel options to clients.
The guide outlines key itinerary pairings, while the podcast offers expert insights, destination tips, and selling strategies, making it easier for agents to promote these journeys. The goal is to make it simpler for both agents and clients to travel around Australia, offering a seamless experience.

The program features pre-designed travel combinations that pair guided tours with some of Australia’s most famous rail journeys, including The Ghan, the Indian Pacific, and the Great Southern. For example, agents can book clients on an Outback Adventure tour after stepping off The Ghan in Darwin, or pair an Adelaide to Kangaroo Island tour with the Indian Pacific rail journey. These itineraries provide a smooth and scenic way to explore Australia.
Both the guide and podcast episode are now available on the AAT Kings agent portal and the A-LIST ACCESS website, offering travel agents easy access to resources that will help them sell these unique travel options.
