The inaugural Business Travel Show for Asia Pacific is set to open in less than two weeks at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, from April 16-17, 2025.
The event has unveiled its comprehensive conference agenda, featuring discussions on several key topics, including:
- The impact of AI and automation in business travel
- Strategies for sustainability and reducing carbon footprints
- Risk management in corporate travel
The program has been carefully designed to inspire, educate, and support the fast-growing corporate travel sector in Asia Pacific and beyond. It will present a wealth of insights from a diverse group of experts, including Stas Melnikov, Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and Richard Hancock, Regional Director APAC at Crisis24, among others.
Over 200 corporate travel buyers and 50 leading exhibitors from the Asia Pacific region, the US, the UK, and Europe will gather for the two-day event to collaborate and share knowledge.
In addition to the conference sessions, attendees will also have access to:
- Business Travel Innovation Faceoff: A showcase featuring companies that are disrupting and transforming the corporate travel technology landscape. The finalists include Acai, Travog, Trip.biz, Zenmer, and WegoPro.
- BTN Academy: Sessions offering expert advice on building a successful travel program.
- BTN Communities Sessions: Exclusive, buyer-only sessions for discussing key topics and optimizing small to mid-size travel programs.
- Networking opportunities with senior decision-makers, business leaders, and solutions providers.
Nelson Khoo, Events Director for Business Travel Show Asia Pacific, commented on the conference program, saying, “Our goal is to create a conference that not only tackles the challenges faced by travel buyers, managers, and suppliers but also provides a platform for expert advice that empowers them to achieve their growth goals.”
He added, “The agenda is extensive, but we’ve ensured there’s ample time for networking. We want attendees to leave with actionable insights to transform their travel programs.”
The event is part of the BTN Group, which has more than 40 years of experience in organizing high-end conferences. Business Travel Show APAC builds on the success of its European counterpart, the Business Travel Show Europe, which has been held annually in London for over 30 years. Business Travel Show Europe will take place on June 25-26, and the first-ever Business Travel Show America will be held on October 15-16, 2025, at the Javits Center in New York City.
Business Travel Show APAC will be co-located with The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, which launched at Marina Bay Sands last year to great success. Marina Bay Sands is a premier destination for business, leisure, and entertainment, featuring Singapore’s largest hotel with over 2,200 luxurious rooms and suites, as well as the famous Sands SkyPark and infinity pool.
Corporate travel buyers, procurement managers, and meetings planners are invited to attend the event free of charge, subject to qualification. Non-exhibiting suppliers can purchase tickets.
