The 2025 Nevis to St. Kitts Cross-Channel Swim saw record participation, with over 300 swimmers completing the challenging 4.5-kilometer open-water race. Held annually, the event attracts athletes from across the Caribbean and beyond. This year, swimmers faced strong currents but were supported by a team of safety kayakers and boats. The winner, Jamaican swimmer Daniel Thompson, finished in just under 55 minutes, setting a new course record. Proceeds from the event will support local marine conservation efforts.
