Serviced apartment provider Mysa has introduced a new AI-driven platform designed to streamline corporate accommodation management into a unified system. The platform, built on Mysa’s existing Myo online booking tool, integrates multiple functions such as procurement and program management, enhanced with automated analysis to provide recommendations for hotel or extended stay sourcing, known as OptimiseIQ.
The platform also features an integrated RFP (Request for Proposal) management solution, SourceIQ, along with VerifyIQ, a compliance engine that offers evidence-based property risk assessments to ensure safety and security compliance.
Additionally, Mysa’s ‘Build’ tool, which allows companies to customize their serviced accommodation programs by connecting directly with property operators, has been incorporated into the new AI platform and renamed StayIQ.
“Accommodation plays a vital role in any travel program, but the systems used to manage it are often fragmented and outdated,” said Gary Hurst, Mysa’s founder and CEO. “This tool creates a more transparent way for buyers and accommodation providers to collaborate, especially during the RFP process.”
Hurst emphasized that the new platform offers more control, clarity, and confidence for all stakeholders involved, from buyers to hotels and consultants.
