Avalon Waterways has announced a new river cruising experience called “Avalon After Dark,” set to launch in 2026.
The after-hours program will offer guests a range of exciting activities, including overnight stays at ports in European cities, open-air dinners at the Sky Grill under the stars, live music in the Panorama Lounge, drinks on the Sky Deck, and more.
In addition, Avalon will introduce a fresh bar menu, featuring both premium and non-alcoholic cocktails created by renowned mixologist Martin Hudák.
Pam Hoffee, president of Avalon Waterways, shared her excitement about the new concept, saying, “Sunsets don’t need to mark the end of a river cruise day.”
She added, “We’re keeping the night alive with unique experiences, from moonlit toasts on the Sky Deck to spontaneous dance parties and late-night adventures, thanks to overnight stays in iconic cities.”
Hoffee concluded, “We’re redefining after-hours river cruising. Avalon After Dark will offer evenings that guests will want to stay up for.”
