Reflections Holidays has unveiled a new kind of camping amenity block at Forster Beach, designed to bring guests closer to nature. This fresh approach, called biophilic design, focuses on wellbeing by blending natural elements into everyday spaces.
The upgraded facilities, opening this summer, include a large garden at the center. The showers and toilets are built with local timber and feature modern mirrors. Natural light fills the space, and Indigenous artwork decorates the walls. Gentle nature sounds play in the background, and a special scent adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
Nick Baker, CEO of Reflections, said holiday park amenities matter greatly to guests. The company worked with an interior designer to study feedback and create a space that goes beyond expectations. The goal was to boost wellbeing by strengthening the bond with nature.
This new design could change how camping amenities are seen, making them more than just practical spaces but places that enhance the whole holiday experience.
