Gray Dawes Group has officially rebranded its recently acquired VCK Travel to Gray Dawes Travel, marking a key step in integrating the Netherlands-based travel management company (TMC) into its global operations.
Founded in 1947, VCK Travel was acquired by the UK-based Gray Dawes in early 2024 as part of a broader strategy to strengthen its presence in Europe.
The company described the rebranding as a “significant milestone” in its ongoing global expansion efforts.
David Bishop, Managing Director of Gray Dawes Travel Netherlands, expressed enthusiasm about the move. “We are incredibly excited to bring the Gray Dawes brand to Europe. The Netherlands has always been a key market for business travel, and this rebrand underscores our long-term commitment to the region,” he said.
Bishop emphasized that the rebranding goes beyond just a name change. “It’s about expanding our capabilities and leveraging the strengths of a truly global organisation to offer even greater value to our clients,” he added.
With the rebranding, Gray Dawes Travel Netherlands will align its operations, technology, and customer service with the broader Gray Dawes Group, ensuring a seamless integration of services.
“The rebranding of VCK Travel to Gray Dawes Travel reflects our commitment to innovation, service excellence, and a customer-first approach,” Bishop noted.
Gray Dawes, ranked as the 15th largest TMC in Europe in 2024, has also expanded into North America and Australia in the past two years through the acquisition of additional TMCs.
