Salter Brothers, an Australian investment firm, has announced a partnership with Tokyo Century to jointly develop the Hotel Indigo Changi Airport. Tokyo Century will serve as the investment manager for the project, collaborating with OUE Limited.
Tokyo Century’s investment will play a key role in the creation of the Hotel Indigo Changi Airport, an upscale lifestyle hotel aimed at travelers seeking boutique luxury and authentic local experiences. The hotel will cater to the evolving demands of modern tourists.
Tokyo Century is a prominent financial services group with a diverse portfolio that includes leasing, real estate, and infrastructure investments. Salter Brothers is a global alternative investment manager, known for its hospitality ventures. Since December 2015, Salter Brothers has acquired 42 hotels, totaling over 5,000 rooms, and operates its own hotel brands and management platform. The company manages assets worth over A$4 billion.

Set to be completed by 2028, the Hotel Indigo Changi Airport will feature modern design, immersive guest experiences, and sustainable practices. The hotel aims to enhance Singapore’s status as a global travel hub.
