Vietnam Airlines has unveiled its expanded flight schedules for summer 2025 and winter 2025-26, boosting connectivity between the UK, Europe, and Asia.
Increased UK Flights
Starting April 28, 2025, the airline will operate:
- Three weekly nonstop flights from London Heathrow (Terminal 4) to Hanoi
- Two weekly nonstop flights to Ho Chi Minh City
From October 26, 2025, services will increase to daily flights on both routes, all operated by Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. Vietnam Airlines remains the only carrier offering direct flights from the UK to Vietnam.
New Bali and Milan Routes
The airline is also launching:
- Ho Chi Minh City to Denpasar (Bali): Four weekly flights from June 1, 2025, increasing to daily in July. This marks Vietnam Airlines’ second direct route to Indonesia, bringing total weekly flights between the two countries to 14.
- Hanoi to Milan: Three weekly flights starting in July, making Vietnam Airlines the first Vietnamese carrier to offer nonstop services to Italy.
Plans are also in place to add a Ho Chi Minh City-Milan route in the future.
Seamless Connections Across Asia and Beyond
Passengers can easily connect via Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to destinations across Vietnam, Asia, and Australasia, including:
- Southeast Asia: Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia
- East Asia & Oceania: China, South Korea, Japan, Australia
With these expansions, Vietnam Airlines strengthens its position as a key player in transcontinental travel, offering more choices and convenience for travelers in 2025.
