FLYONE to Connect Cologne Bonn and Yerevan with Direct Flights Starting March 2025

Beginning March 31, 2025, travelers from Germany will have a new way to reach Armenia. FLYONE, the airline, will launch direct flights between Cologne Bonn Airport and Yerevan. The service will run twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays.

Yerevan, Armenia’s capital, is one of the world’s oldest cities. It sits at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Ararat, explore the historic Erebuni Fortress, or stroll through the modern Cascade complex. The city is a vibrant mix of ancient heritage and contemporary culture.

Thilo Schmid, Chairman of Cologne Bonn Airport’s management board, expressed enthusiasm about the new route. “This connection expands our network of capital city flights,” he said. “It’s perfect for travelers visiting family or discovering Armenia’s rich history and landscapes.”

FLYONE Armenia will operate the route using an Airbus A320. Flights will depart Cologne at 8 PM on Mondays and Fridays. The journey takes just under five hours. Return flights will operate on the same days.
