Emirates Rolls Out New Perks for Aussie Agents
Lida Alevizos, Emirates’ senior executive sales, shared the airline’s latest upgrades for Australian agents, including:
- A new first-class check-in lounge at Sydney Airport
- Door-to-door chauffeur service for first and business class passengers (within 80 km of departure airports)
- Expanded local agent support in Melbourne
- Fleet upgrades and faster in-flight Wi-Fi

Dubai Experience highlighted flexible hotel check-ins upon flight arrival, saving travelers time and money. Visit Britain and Tourism Ireland also showcased new offerings to enhance visitor experiences.
Emirates and Tourism Ireland Extend Partnership
The event coincided with Emirates renewing its two-year MoU with Tourism Ireland, reinforcing efforts to boost Aussie and Kiwi tourism to Ireland. The agreement was signed by Barry Brown (Emirates) and Sofia Hansson (Tourism Ireland).
