The inaugural Business Travel Show Asia Pacific is set to showcase cutting-edge technology and solutions with its first-ever Business Travel Innovation Faceoff. The event will take place on April 16–17, 2025, at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Co-located with The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, the Business Travel Show will gather over 200 corporate travel buyers from across the Asia Pacific region, as well as the US, UK, and Europe. The event will also feature more than 50 exhibitors from airlines, hotels, travel management companies (TMCs), technology providers, and ground transportation services.
A Platform for Innovation in Corporate Travel
The Business Travel Innovation Faceoff will highlight some of the most innovative suppliers in the corporate travel industry. Each shortlisted company will have seven minutes to pitch its product or service to a panel of expert judges and a live audience of travel buyers. The winner will be announced on April 17 at 3:40 PM in the Knowledge Arena.
The judging panel for this year’s competition includes top industry leaders in business travel and travel technology from the Asia Pacific region.

Entrants for the Innovation Faceoff Include:
- Acai – An AI-powered travel assistant that offers instant, accurate responses in over 85 languages, reducing the need for human agents to handle repetitive queries.
- Travog – An AI-driven platform for corporate travel and expense management, featuring self-booking tools for flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Zenmer – A Travel-as-a-Service platform powered by agentic AI, designed for corporations and TMCs to book, manage, and track global business travel.
- Trip Biz – A full-service TMC offering an all-in-one digital platform focused on cost control and duty of care.

Building on the success of Business Travel Show Europe, which has been the leading event for European corporate travel professionals for over 30 years, the Business Travel Show Asia Pacific promises to be a major gathering for industry leaders and innovators. Additionally, Business Travel Show Europe will take place on June 25-26, and Business Travel Show America will debut on October 15-16, 2025, at the Javits Center in New York City.
Corporate travel buyers, procurement managers, and meetings planners can attend the event for free, subject to qualifications. Non-exhibiting suppliers may also purchase tickets.
