Webjet has teamed up with Tourism Northern Territory to offer discounted flights to Alice Springs, providing travellers the chance to explore the Red Centre throughout the remainder of 2025.
The promotion offers discounts of up to $250 on flights, making it an ideal opportunity to visit Alice Springs and discover its striking desert landscapes, historic landmarks, and rich Aboriginal culture.
The sale begins today and will run until April 6, or until tickets are sold out. It is available for flights departing from all Australian cities, except for intrastate travel from Darwin (DRW) and Alice Springs (AYQ). The offer applies to all flights with Qantas, Virgin Australia, and Airnorth into Alice Springs (Mparntwe) for travel any time during 2025.
Direct flights are available from major cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Cairns. There are also connecting flights from Canberra and Hobart.
Visitors to Alice Springs can take part in unique cultural events, such as Parrtjima – A Festival in Light (April 4-13, 2025), the world’s only Aboriginal light festival; the Alice Springs Beanie Festival (June 20-23, 2025), a celebration of beanies and Aboriginal culture; Red CentreNATS (September 5-7, 2025), a festival for car enthusiasts; and Desert Mob (September-October 2025), one of Australia’s most important Aboriginal art events.
For those looking for an unforgettable road trip, the Alice Springs Explorer route offers a four-day adventure through scenic spots like Simpsons Gap and Standley Chasm in the West MacDonnell National Park. For a longer drive, the Red Centre Way connects Alice Springs to famous landmarks, including the UNESCO-listed Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and the breathtaking Kings Canyon in Watarrka National Park.
Additionally, the Love Letters to Alice initiative invites Australians to share their personal stories and connections to Alice Springs. Participants can write letters about their memories, experiences, or dreams of visiting the Red Centre, with the chance to win a travel prize by submitting their entries on the official campaign website.
