The company, which represents over 2,500 independent hotels, aparthotels, and hotel groups across 100 countries, has expanded significantly in key regions like the UK, North America, the Middle East, and Europe. This growth has pushed HotelREZ to rank 16th among the world’s largest hotel companies.
The company reported a 12% increase in revenue, driven by its consultancy services and advanced technology solutions. These tools have helped independent hoteliers and accommodation providers improve their distribution, sales, and marketing strategies. By doing so, HotelREZ has enabled its members to diversify their income and stay competitive in a crowded market.
HotelREZ’s success is built on a mix of global partnerships, digital marketing expertise, and innovative booking technologies. The company uses a multichannel distribution strategy to help hotels boost direct bookings through its own booking engine. At the same time, it drives high-value business via Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Online Travel Agency (OTA) networks.
Regionally, HotelREZ has delivered strong results. Member properties in the UK saw a 16% revenue increase, while North America and the Middle East experienced even higher growth at 80% and 37%, respectively. This growth has led to a more diverse portfolio, with notable increases in hotel accommodations (17.27%), serviced apartments and aparthotels (10.18%), and pubs-with-rooms (10.12%).
In late 2024, HotelREZ launched Best Loved Hotels, a new B2C soft brand featuring a handpicked collection of unique, independent properties worldwide. This initiative aims to attract leisure travelers and agency bookings, further strengthening HotelREZ’s distribution network and solidifying its leadership in the hospitality sector.
