The Newman, the first hotel by international hospitality management company Kinsfolk & Co, is set to open this summer in London.
Located in Fitzrovia, a central London neighborhood where the artistic atmosphere of Bloomsbury blends with the vibrant style of Soho, the hotel will offer 81 rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy a European brasserie, a cocktail bar, and a wellness floor.
Designed by London-based architects Pernille Lind and Richy Almond of Lind + Almond, the hotel combines Victorian and Art Deco styles. The design features images of Nancy Cunard, a famous bohemian poet and activist from the 1920s, along with photos of locals from the Fitzrovia area.
The guestrooms are decorated in modern wood and steel tones, with custom tiles and stone-carved vanities in the bathrooms. The Penthouse Suite includes a private terrace with views of the city skyline.
The hotel’s amenities include Brasserie Adeline, serving breakfast and late-evening meals; the Gambit Bar, designed to feel like a hidden den; and a Wellness floor offering hot and cold spa treatments, a salt therapy room, a hydrotherapy pool, a fully equipped gym, and yoga classes.
