From April 14 – 16, 2025 (16 – 18 Shawwal 1446H), the second Umrah and Ziyarah Forum (UZF) will take place at the King Salman International Convention Center in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Patronized by Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Madinah Region and organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, it builds on the first edition’s success.
This year, UZF 2025 stands out with its scale and new approach. For the first time, it’s hosted by Tahaluf, a strategic tie – up between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and the Events Investment Fund. It will draw participants and exhibitors from over 70 countries, exploring not just Umrah but also new sectors like tech, healthcare, and aviation to boost the pilgrimage experience.
The forum combines conferences, exhibitions, and workshops for networking and learning. Exhibition Director Faariss Khalil calls it a movement for enhancing the Umrah journey. Aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, and sponsored by the Saudi Tourism Authority, it aims for economic growth and service excellence. In 2023, Madinah welcomed over 14 million visitors.
Supported by top sponsors like Rua Al Madinah Holding and Al Rajhi for Umrah, UZF 2025 is set to attract over 25,000 participants. They’ll engage in a conference on Umrah’s future and digital transformation, while the exhibition showcases innovations in hospitality and transportation. Organized by Tahaluf, known for events like the LEAP technology conference, UZF 2025 aims to be the premier global platform for enhancing the Umrah and Ziyarah experience.
