Ryanair is relaunching its popular ‘Future Flyer’ Customer Panel, set to take place on Thursday, April 24, at the airline’s Dublin headquarters. The event invites Ryanair customers from across Europe to share their ideas and help influence the future of air travel.
Participants will get an inside look at Ryanair’s latest innovations and upcoming projects while providing feedback on how to improve the passenger experience. Attendees will also have the unique opportunity to present their ideas directly to Ryanair CEO Eddie Wilson. The most compelling vision for the future of flying will be rewarded with a €100 Ryanair Gift Card.
Selected participants will be flown to Dublin to join the panel, where they will discuss ways to enhance Ryanair’s services and boost customer satisfaction. The initiative aligns with the airline’s goal of carrying 300 million passengers annually by 2034.
To apply, interested individuals must submit their entries on Ryanair’s official website by Friday, February 28. Successful candidates will be notified by Wednesday, March 12. Ryanair will cover the cost of return flights to Dublin, a two-night hotel stay for the participant and a companion, and a special dinner on April 24.
The ‘Future Flyer’ panel highlights Ryanair’s commitment to incorporating customer feedback into its growth strategy. The airline aims to refine its services to better meet the needs of modern travelers.
Ryanair’s Chief Marketing Officer, Dara Brady, said:
