Preferred Hotels & Resorts has introduced a new Travel Advisor Portal aimed at supporting travel professionals with an array of tools and resources. The user-friendly platform provides agents with priority access to over 600 luxury independent hotels, resorts, and residences around the globe.
The portal offers an all-in-one experience, allowing travel advisors to manage reservations, prepare rate quotes, and submit commission claims, among other tasks. It also provides personalized confirmations, room rate details, and guest amenities, tailored to the advisor’s agency affiliation.
A key feature of the platform is the “My Insights” section, where agents can track performance metrics. This includes data on active and past reservations, hotels booked, revenue generated, and room nights sold.
The platform also features a comprehensive knowledge base that gives advisors access to detailed information about Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ global collection. This includes benefits related to client enrollment in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards program and the company’s sustainability and philanthropic initiatives.
Preferred Platinum agents enjoy additional benefits, including a dedicated search page for Preferred Platinum hotels and automatic inclusion of Platinum rates when booking. A new feature for Platinum advisors is the Small Social Group Requests tool. Managed through the VIP Desk, this service allows agents to confirm availability and rates for bookings of up to 15 rooms without the need for meeting space, at select participating properties.
Cheryl Williams, Chief Revenue Officer for Preferred Travel Group, commented: “We are excited to introduce this new platform, which highlights our commitment to supporting the travel advisor community. This tool will simplify the booking process, help advisors offer exceptional travel experiences, and ultimately drive greater success for their businesses.”
The new Travel Advisor Portal is now live, offering a more streamlined way for travel professionals to book and manage luxury travel for their clients.
