Later in the year, the culinary festival Tastes without Borders (26–28 September) will treat visitors to an extraordinary gastronomic experience. The celebration will conclude with the spectacular Enlightened Closing Ceremony (1–3 December), which will light up both cities in a dazzling show. The program also features concerts by Alexander Gadjijev, Borderless Body, Dodecalogy 1972–1983, EPIC, ISOLABS, and Benedetti Life, all celebrating unity, creativity, and cultural heritage.
