OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, a leading luxury hotel chain, has announced an expanded partnership with Sabre Hospitality, a division of Sabre Corporation and a global leader in travel technology. The collaboration will see OUTRIGGER adopt Sabre’s advanced SynXis® Retailing solution across all its properties, aiming to enhance personalized guest experiences and unlock new revenue streams.
Following a successful pilot program at two of its resorts, OUTRIGGER has decided to roll out the SynXis Retailing platform across its remaining 12 properties. This makes OUTRIGGER the first major hotel group to transition from Sabre’s standard SynXis Booking Engine to the more sophisticated SynXis Retailing system. The upgrade will enable OUTRIGGER to improve its merchandising capabilities and further establish itself as an innovator in the hospitality industry.

The SynXis Retailing platform aligns with OUTRIGGER’s goal of offering a more personalized booking experience. By leveraging Sabre’s technology, the hotel group can now provide tailored room options, services, and experiences at every stage of the guest journey. Early adopters of the platform have reported significant benefits, including up to three times higher revenue, improved guest satisfaction, and faster booking processes.

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels operates 38 properties in prime beachfront locations across Hawaii, the Asia-Pacific region, and the Indian Ocean. The company has been a Sabre partner since 2017.
