Several regions in the state are currently under a Travel Alert due to blowing snow and icy roads, which are causing reduced visibility.
The affected areas include all counties along the North Dakota-Minnesota border, as well as regions in south-central North Dakota, extending eastward from Bismarck. Additionally, areas to the northeast and northwest of Bismarck are also impacted. The far northwest corner of the state is included in the Travel Alert.
A winter weather advisory has been issued for all of eastern North Dakota, lasting until 3 p.m. on Sunday. The advisory also covers portions of west-central Minnesota and extends further north and east.
