In a significant recognition of excellence, Loire Valley Lodges, a modern boutique hotel nestled within 300 hectares of private forest in Esvres, South Tours, proudly announces its reception of a prestigious Michelin Key. The honor comes as the Michelin Guide introduces its inaugural ranking of Michelin Keys for France, marking a notable expansion into the realm of hospitality.
Since its inauguration in 2020, this idyllic retreat has epitomized the fusion of art, nature, and wellness, championing the ethos of slow living alongside attentive yet unobtrusive service and innovative culinary adventures. As part of its 2024 cultural calendar, the hotel introduces esteemed guest chefs Gil Nogueira from Portugal and Sayaka Sawaguchi from Japan to its acclaimed restaurant, Asperatus. Additionally, enhancements to the wellness offerings include the installation of saunas in three additional lodges, bringing the total to six lodges equipped with saunas and jacuzzis, as well as the introduction of sound baths and healing sessions within the hotel’s newly constructed zome.
