Las Vegas, NV – Travelers seeking an affordable European getaway will soon have a new option, as Norse Atlantic Airways announces a new direct route between Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport and London’s Gatwick Airport.
Starting September 12th, the airline will operate three weekly flights on Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, with a flight time of approximately 9 hours and 50 minutes.
To celebrate the launch, Norse Atlantic is offering introductory one-way fares as low as $299 for its Economy Light cabin. Return flights from London to Las Vegas are also available at discounted rates, starting from $205.
“We are excited to introduce this new route from London Gatwick to Las Vegas, a unique city that offers unparalleled diversity, boasting an abundance of entertainment, dining, and recreational options to suit every taste,” said Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO and Founder of Norse Atlantic Airways.
Travelers should note that the discounted fares apply to the Economy Light cabin, which includes only one personal item and charges additional fees for changes. The airline also offers a premium cabin with additional amenities such as checked bags and priority boarding for an extra cost.
This new route comes at a time when Las Vegas is experiencing a surge in tourism and business travel, fueled by events like Formula 1 Racing, the Super Bowl, and the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The Las Vegas airport set a new record of 57.6 million passengers in 2023, highlighting the city’s growing appeal as a travel destination.
With its affordable fares and convenient schedule, Norse Atlantic’s new route is poised to further boost travel between Las Vegas and London, offering a budget-friendly option for both leisure and business travelers.
