Sabre Corporation, a prominent player in global travel technology, has renewed its partnership with Indonesia’s leading online travel agent, tiket. Under this agreement, Sabre will continue to serve as the preferred provider of Global Distribution System (GDS) technology for tiket, utilizing its advanced technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and consumer offerings.
The partnership will enable tiket to access Sabre’s extensive global content, including New Distribution Capability (NDC) offers and advanced shopping APIs. This collaboration supports tiket’s commitment to providing travelers with superior flight options and a diverse range of travel products. Additionally, tiket will implement Sabre Direct Pay to streamline its virtual payment processes, enhancing security and user experience. Sabre’s automation tools, such as Automated Exchanges and Automated Refunds, will also bolster tiket’s operational effectiveness and customer service.
