The 39th Seoul International Travel Fair commenced on Friday for a four-day duration at COEX in southern Seoul, featuring travel destinations and cultural highlights from various countries worldwide.
The festival launched with a large-scale event celebrating gimbap, a traditional Korean dish consisting of seaweed-wrapped rice filled with diverse ingredients. Participants, including foreign dignitaries, tourism representatives, chefs, and food enthusiasts, joined hands to craft a 10-meter-long gimbap, incorporating local delicacies from across the nation. Esteemed chef Kim Rock-hoon led the demonstration.
